Lori A. Pulsifer has been a Certified Shorthand Reporter since 1987. She received her training in Phoenix, Arizona; and she began her court reporting career in Lewiston, Idaho, as a freelance reporter covering depositions in Northern Idaho and Eastern Washington. 


Ms. Pulsifer returned to Arizona and worked as an official court reporter in the Superior Court of Arizona, in both Yavapai County and Maricopa County, from 1989 to 2002.  In August of 2002, a family move brought the Pulsifers to Boise.


Back in the state where she began her career, Lori formed QnA Court Reporting, a company proud to offer the finest court reporting services available.  QnA provides court reporting services for depositions, arbitrations, public hearings, and grand jury.

Transcription from audiotape and videotape can be provided by QnA.  Our audio/video transcription services have been relied upon in state and federal court in a variety of civil and criminal matters. 


In 2008, Ms. Pulsifer attained the highest credential offered by the National Court Reporters Association, the Registered Diplomate Reporter (RDR) designation.   Lori is also a Certified Realtime Reporter (CRR) and a Certified Realtime Captioner (CRC).
